Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch we sell is authenticated and inspected by our team before it is offered for sale. We deal only in

genuine pieces and stand behind each one with our authenticity guarantee.

  

How do you authenticate your watches?

Every watch is opened up and cross-referenced in-house by our founder and watchmaker. We check the   engravings, hallmarks, serial and reference numbers, verify the movement and components, and assess the finishing against the standard we expect. Only pieces that pass are offered for sale.

Are your watches new or pre-owned?

We specialise in pre-owned and vintage luxury watches. Each piece is carefully assessed and honestly described,

including its condition and what is included.

  

Why are some watches listed unpolished or in wholesale condition?

Because we trade both wholesale and retail, some pieces are listed in trade condition, exactly as they came to us.

Many collectors prefer this, particularly with vintage watches, where an original, unpolished case is often the more

desirable.

  

Can you service, polish or prepare a watch before I buy it?

Yes. Whatever condition a piece is listed in, we can prepare it to your requirements before delivery, whether that is

a full service, a polish, or leaving it exactly as it is. Please note that watches modified to your specific request

are treated as bespoke, so do ask us about this before ordering.

Do you have stock that is not listed on the website?

Yes, a great deal. Because of the volume of stock we hold on the wholesale side, much of it never makes it onto the

site. If you are looking for something in particular and cannot see it, it is always worth asking.

  

Can you source a specific watch for me?

Yes. If we do not have the piece you want, use our Source a Watch page and we will find it for you through our

trusted global network of dealers.

  

Do you sell to trade and wholesale buyers as well as retail?

We do. Our business spans both wholesale and retail. If you are a trade buyer, get in touch and we will be glad to

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch is sold with a minimum 6-month warranty, alongside our guarantee of authenticity. Full details are on our Warranty & Authenticity page.

  

Do you buy watches or take part-exchange?

Do watches come with box and papers?

It varies by piece. Every listing states exactly what is included, whether a full set with box and papers or

watch-only. If box and papers matter to you, let us know and we can prioritise it when sourcing.
