  Every watch is authenticated

  Before any watch is listed, it is examined and verified genuine by our specialists. We check the movement, case, dial, hands and markings against the manufacturer's references and confirm the piece is authentic in every respect. In the case that a watch has had any customisation - such as diamonds being added independently or a replacement strap fitted, this will be stated very clearly in the product description. We deal only in genuine watches. We do not sell replicas, homage pieces, or anything we cannot stand  behind.

 

  Our authenticity guarantee

  Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic. In the unlikely event that a watch purchased from us is ever shown

  not to be genuine, we will refund you in full. That promise applies to every piece in our collection.

  

  Your warranty

  Every watch is sold with a minimum 6-month warranty covering the mechanical movement, so you can wear and enjoy your watch with complete peace of mind. Where a watch carries a longer warranty, this is stated on the listing. We do offer cost price servicing for any watch that is for sale, which will increase the length of warranty.

  
The warranty covers faults with the movement under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, water ingress on watches not described as water resistant, wear to straps or external parts, or any work carried out by a third party.

 

  Making a claim

  If you experience an issue covered by your warranty, contact us at sales@jgwinbush.com with your order details and a description of the fault. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange assessment or repair as needed.
