Every watch is shipped fully insured, so your piece is protected from our hands to yours. Here is how delivery

  works.    

 

  Fully insured, every time

Whatever its value, every watch we send is fully insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery. Your order is packaged discreetly and securely, with no indication of the contents from the outside. For your protection and ours, the packing and courier handover of every order is recorded on camera, giving a clear, documented chain of custody that supports the insurance covering your watch in transit.

  

  UK delivery

  We dispatch UK orders using a tracked, insured courier - for example Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL depending on value. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. UK delivery is free on all orders.

  

  International delivery

  We ship worldwide using a fully insured, tracked courier - DHL Express or FedEx. International delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on destination, and the cost is calculated at checkout.

 

  Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These

  are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. Such customs processes may also increase delivery times and unfortunately this is out of our control.

 

  Dispatch times

  For items physically in stock, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days once payment has cleared. For sourcing orders and consignment sale pieces, dispatch is usually within 7 working days. For higher-value pieces we may carry out a short additional verification before dispatch, and we will keep you informed at every stage.

  

  Tracking

  Once your order is on its way, we will email you the courier and tracking details so you can follow its journey to

  your door.
