Here we have a Bvlgari Save The Children Sterling Silver ring which I have customised with multicoloured lab grown diamonds.
 
The ring is size 59 / R and is approx 7mm wide, the main body is made of 925 sterling silver, the central part is filled with lacquer and the edges I have added multicoloured stones.
 
The two main faces of the ring do have light surface marks and show signs of wear.
 
The ring is marked as follows, BVLGARI x 4, 59, AG 925, XXXX AF, Made in Italy, PM 28523, Save The Children, there are also some finer engraved hallmark logos.
