Here we have a rare and unique Gubelin - Matic cased in solid 18k yellow gold with texture applied to the front of the casing.

The case size of the watch is approx 34mm not including the crown, and the condition is overall good for the age, but with signs of wear throughout. There are light surface marks, some of the texture applied to the casing has been worn down and there are a few knocks. The watch has clearly had an eventful life where it has been worn, and should continue to be worn going forward!

The dial and hands are in very good condition.

The crown is the original, Gubelin signed.

The inside of the caseback signed and hallmarked Gubelin.

The movement has just been serviced and is keeping time accurately.

The watch is currently presented on a new generic, genuine lizard strap, and secured with a gold plated deployment clasp.
