Here we have an incredibly rare and stunning example of a 10k gold filled Jaeger-Lecoultre Master Mariner powered by the wonderful automatic JLC K880 movement.

As can be seen in the photos this watch is in its original condition and does show some signs of wear. The dial is finished with a beautiful marble looking enamel, sadly this has taken on some hairline cracks, but I have to say I find them somewhat charming and adding a beautiful texture to the watch that is true to its age. The dial is signed LeCoultre and Master Mariner.

The case is one piece and is 10k gold filled, my photos illustrate that to get the dial and movement out of this watch, one must remove the crystal rather than the caseback unscrewing. The inside of the case is signed 'CASED AND TIMED IN THE U.S.A BY LECOULTRE - STAR W.C.CO. 10K GOLD FILLED'
The caseback has engravings stating '10k gold filled' and 'Use all proof wrench 1300' - the latter referring to the tool used to remove the crystal I believe.
The case diameter is approx 34mm not including the crown.

As can be seen, the movement is in stunning condition and is of an incredibly high quality, the watch is keeping good time.

The watch is on a beautiful blue genuine lizard skin strap.
