Here we have a stunning example of a Tudor Oyster 4453 with a sub second dial presented on a beautiful purple suede strap, secured by a deployment clasp.

This Tudor reference 4453 comes set in a classic 31mm solid stainless steel case (31mm being the typical size of the period) with the classic Oyster screw-down crown.

The dial is white with a black chapter ring with minute markers and contrasting painted even Arabic numerals with a sub-second dial for the second hand.

The hands are in the classic 40’s syringe style and the dial is protected by a domed acrylic plexi-glass.

It is powered by the calibre 59 manual wind movement, unfortunately at some point in it's life the bridge with the Tudor signing on has been replaced as can be seen in the photo of the movement (3 gems and noticeably shinier) - but the rest of the movement is definitely all original.
